1) Be respectful. I don't think I have to explain, but see more below.

2) No judgment, only honest love for the genre. Respect different tastes in spice, darkness, and tropes. What’s not for you might be someone else’s obsession.

3) Tag your triggers. Be mindful of spoilers, sensitive themes, and reader experience, especially around violence, consent, and explicit scenes. Although I suspect you wouldn't be here if that stuff bothered you much. Still, it's good practice.

4) Stay in the story energy. Keep discussions focused on books, characters, and worlds. No hate toward authors, readers, or differing opinions. This is a space for passionate, not personal, discourse.
